InvestorsDropBox is an off-market real estate marketplace that connects property wholesalers with investors. The Platform facilitates the submission of property listings, transparent bidding, and lead management.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Property Submissions
By submitting a property to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal authority to market the property
- All information provided is accurate and not misleading
- You grant InvestorsDropBox permission to display and promote the listing
- You agree to the 15-day bidding window for active listings
5. Investor Conduct
Investors using the Platform agree to:
- Submit genuine offers with intent to purchase
- Provide accurate contingency information
- Respect the transparent bidding process
- Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
6. Fees and Payments
The Platform offers both free and paid membership tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and are subject to their terms of service. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of content they submit. By posting content, you grant InvestorsDropBox a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content on the Platform and associated marketing channels.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. InvestorsDropBox does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of properties, or the reliability of users.
9. Limitation of Liability
InvestorsDropBox, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvestorsDropBox, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the integrity of the Platform.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
